Speeder Said He Was Racing Home Because He Had to Use Bathroom; Poops & Pees in Cop’s Car Instead

A Central Florida man who told a Lake County Sheriff’s deputy he was speeding because he had to use the bathroom, was telling the truth after all.

The man ended up urinating and defecating in the back of the officer’s patrol car, according to The Daily Commercial.

Before 24-year-old Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo lost control of his bodily fluids, he refused getting out of his vehicle Thursday afternoon after being stopped for going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone on U.S. Highway 27, reported newser.com.

The officer reached through the driver’s door to unlock it and remove Ramos-Erazo, but that is when he drove off, striking the officer’s arm with his vehicle. He then had to be chased down.

The speeder did make it to his home, but he never made it to his personal toilet. Once he got out of his vehicle and ran, the officer shot him with a taser, reported The Daily Commercial. Ramos-Erazo then did his business in the back of the patrol car on the way to jail.

Ramos-Erazo was charged with fleeing, battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on a law enforcement officer and resisting with and without violence. He was released from jail after he posted an $18,000 bail, according to his arrest record.

He has a court appearance scheduled for April 4.
