Hero No More: ‘Captain America’ Wanted in Texas Beauty Store Burglary

Posted by

Burglary is very uncharacteristic for a hero, like Captain America, but authorities say that’s exactly what he did at an Ulta store in Plano, Texas.

Of course, we know the real Captain American would never do this, so for sure this is a phony.

Plano Texas Police are seeking two suspects who were involved in the burglary on Central Expressway. The one unidentified male wore the Captain America hooded sweatshirt, camo cap, and red gloves. The other unknown male wore a black hooded sweatshirt with yellow lettering, black pants, and black gloves, according to the police Facebook statement.

Officers shared security footage that showed the two taking merchandise from the ULTA Salon in Plano.

There have been a series of robberies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Police said they are investigating these incidents at ULTA Salons, and believe they could be related.

The duo didn’t fly or take off in another superhero like way from the scene.

Police said the suspects got away in a silver 4-door SUV, possibly a Dodge Durango or Chrysler Aspen.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and located the Captain America imposter and his sidekick. Anyone with information is to call Crime Stoppers at 877-373-8477.

Police have not said if the unidentified man in the other burglary incidents was wearing Captain America clothing.
